Product Delivery Policy
Links to download or access digital products will be emailed to you within 15 minutes after the sales transaction is processed.
Please check your junk mail or spam folder if you do not receive the download instruction email. If you still cannot find the email advising how to access your digital product, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DVDs, CDs, books and other physical products will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order, and sent by Australia Post Parcel Delivery Service. Expect delivery within 5 working days for Australian addresses.
Refund and Return Policy
Books, DVDs/CDs and TappyBears may be returned in resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Nutritional supplements may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase, only if the outer safety seal remains unbroken.
