Before seeing Robyn I was struggling with my weight and mental health towards food and my body after going plant-based. I was constantly told all these different things around food which led to confusion.
When I started seeing Robyn it was initially to find out the healthiest way to eat on a plant-based diet but soon into our consults, she helped me realise it isn’t just the food we eat that makes us healthy but rather our mindset towards ourselves.
She didn’t give me a meal plan or make me feel guilty if I indulged in a certain food instead she told me to eat mindfully and use food as a fuel. This was so important to me as many of the nutritionists I have been in the past make you measure your food!
