Anxiety: Taming the Beast Within
Anxiety is a modern-day epidemic. In this webinar, you'll learn:
- Why anxiety is so common today;
- What's wrong with the medical/psychiatric view of anxiety and its treatment;
- How your nutritional status and sleep habits affect anxiety;
- What to eat and what kind of exercise to do to conquer anxiety;
- How to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to relieve the immediate symptoms of anxiety, and conquer the anxiety mindset once and for all.
During the call I introduced a webinar participant, Elaine, to EFT and we tapped on her social anxiety. Elaine experienced a dramatic drop in the intensity she felt about a recent incident that triggered her social anxiety.
Participant feedback:
Hi Robyn,
Thanks so much for the webinar. I found it very informative and it has really opened up the door for EFT to me. I feel you may be the person who can help me deal with my anxiety/depression properly.
Elaine, (my EFT volunteer for the webinar)
Dear Robyn
I have been on medication for anxiety for several years. I had no idea about the kind of drug I was taking, and how it really does nothing at all to treat my anxiety. The chart that showed brain wave patterns before and after energy treatment was fascinating.
I really want to get off my medication, and now I feel confident that I'll be able to. I am definitely going to give EFT a go!
Catherine
It's so good to know that a) my anxiety doesn't mean I'm going mad and b) I now know what I've been doing that's been making it worse, and what to do to feel better!
Thank you.

Participant feedback:
Your webinar was very, very good. Thank you. I sat there late at night when I would normally want to go to sleep and I was totally captivated. I know that I took away a lot from the webinar.
There were so many key points. It backed up everything I have learned so far with more scientific evidence.
Rick
The webinar was FANTASTIC!! I learned so much, and it also re-affirmed what I already knew. Can't wait to listen to the recording again to go over some points.
David & the kids loved it too.
Also, had I known 5 years ago what I know now, I wouldn't have needed a hysterectomy.
David has started sharing his new diet with people at work too....the good word is getting out there!
Louise
Thanks, Robyn, for putting such a large volume of outstanding information in such a usable form.
Anita
Great webinar Robyn 🙂 Thanks! I'm looking forward to having it to look through at my leisure so I can just sit the "what about protein" people in front of it and push 'play'.
Lorna
The webinar was just great, I learned so much.
Thank you.
Mary
Just wanted to let you know how informative I found the webinar. I thought you really covered all aspects of the plant based diet plus I learned a lot of new information which I did not consider.
Congratulations on a wonderful presentation.

Dietary change: Strategies for Success
Do you ever feel frustrated by how hard it is to change your diet? Even after you've made the connection between the way you eat and your health problems, your weight or your energy level; even when you've learned exactly what you should (and shouldn't!) be eating; you may still be struggling with the process of making and sustaining dietary change.
If you're finding that implementing what you already know about healthy eating is a challenge, this webinar is tailor-made for you. I've distilled 20 years of experience in coaching people just like you in how to make health-promoting dietary changes, and stick with them long-term, into one not-to-be missed event.
This webinar covers the key requirements for successful change:
- Clarifying your reasons for change
- Understanding your change style
- Identifying and neutralising objections to change
- Recruiting your support team
- Getting organised
- Dealing with negative change experiences from the past
- Translating short-term into long-term success.
Getting Back on Track
Do you have trouble staying on track with your eating and exercise?
Does the holiday season repeatedly derail your healthy lifestyle plan?
Do you repeatedly cycle through 'boom' periods of healthy eating and regular exercise, followed by 'busts' of poor eating and inactivity?
Are you too afraid to try to lose weight again, because every time you've succeeded in the past, you've piled it all back on?
... then this webinar is for you!
In this webinar I
- Dissect the reasons why people 'fall off the wagon';
- Share the secrets to making your healthy lifestyle plan work for you permanently;
- Teach you how to shift the negative self-beliefs that cause you to fail over and over again; and
- Work one-on-one with a volunteer who's struggling to get back on track.
Participant feedback:
Hi Robyn,
Thanks for letting me be your 'guinea pig'. I'm glad that the issues I experience could help others also who shared in the webinar.
I loved just having all those 'basics' reinforced into my mind yet again. Having a written meal plan each week really works for me - it takes the struggle out of deciding what to have.
And that need for new recipes - that's a biggie for me. I hate when food becomes boring.
I loved your advice re special occasions! Some very helpful tips in there.
I think the mind set traps are some of the biggest battles. They are the ones that I feel are hardest to beat long term, but I must say that I totally didn't feel like anything sweet yesterday at all after we worked on my cravings, including in the evening! So unlike me!
I feel empowered to be able to make choices for myself a bit clearer.
Sandy, my EFT volunteer for the webinar
Hello Robyn
Thank you for you interesting webinar last night I enjoyed it and appreciated the sharing that Sandy did with you, please thank her.
The discussion re falling off the wagon resonated in several ways ( like the freeze response) with me and I appreciated your encouragement to plan carefully and thoroughly.
I was interested also in the EFT and how you seemed to zone in to the feeling of a situation and accept it and "repair" the self talk that goes on at such times. And if not "repair" it at least give voice and acknowledge the feeling in the conscious mind.
Richard
Hi, Robyn!
The Getting Back on Track Again Webinar was wonderful. We were away for the original and just watched it for the first time yesterday.
I liked the word display of the various aspects of your talk. I hadn't realised how much work I needed to do! Thanks so much and I look forward to future webinars.
Best always,
Andra
Eating to Beat Cancer
Did you know that....
... Cancer is the 2nd leading cause of death in Australia, claiming over 43 000 lives in 2010?
... Almost EVERYONE in Australia who survives into adulthood gets cancer before they die - but not everyone dies from their cancer?
... The majority of the most common deadly cancers have been growing for years to decades before they become clinically detectable?
... By making the right diet and lifestyle choices, the cancer process can be reversed, right up until a very late stage in its development?
... If you already have cancer, changing your diet increases your chances of surviving the current cancer, and slashes your risk of a recurrence?
... The most powerful anti-cancer compounds are found not in drug company laboratories, but in foods that you can easily incorporate into your diet, every day?
Scientific research has already established what we need to do (and stop doing) in order to prevent the development of the majority of cancers.
This webinar will empower you with the knowledge you need to cancer-proof your body.
Participant feedback:
I was really impressed with the wealth of knowledge you gave over the webinar. Thank you!
So much of this information is hard to swallow. No wonder there is so much resistance.
Bob
Thank you Robyn for an amazing webinar! I am really looking forward to the cooking classes.
Rick
Hi Robyn, The webinar tonight - Eating to Beat Cancer was fantastic, very informative.

How to Have a Healthy Heart - At Any Age
- Do you want to know how to have a healthy heart and great blood pressure - for the rest of your life?
- Are you currently on medications to lower your cholesterol and/or blood pressure, and you'd like to know whether they're safe, and if there's any alternative?
- Do you have a family history of heart disease, and you're worried about your own risk?
- Have you been told you need a bypass or angioplasty, and you're wondering if you have any other options?
- Have you already had a bypass or angioplasty, and you want to know how to prevent your arteries from clogging up again?
Then this is the webinar for you!
Learn crucial information about preventing and reversing heart disease, which your GP and cardiologist almost certainly don't know - even though this information is published in medical journals.
For example, you'll find out which two major population groups whom statin drugs have never been proven to be safe and effective for (in fact, quite the opposite).
And you'll discover the vital roles played by a little-know but vital tissue called the endothelium, and how quickly and dramatically it reacts to foods you might be eating every day. This information alone could save your life!
Participant feedback:
In ‘How to have a healthy heart at any age’ Robyn provides a wealth of information and advice on a topic that affects so many Australian families.
Beginning with a sobering overview of the magnitude of the problem the discussion then moves on to cover the mechanisms through which atherosclerosis develops. Many peer reviewed papers are presented and the various forms of medical intervention are discussed with commentary on problems with taking that approach.
The powerful effects of taking appropriate lifestyle measures, including diet, exercise and supplements are thoroughly explained.
If you are concerned for yourself or a loved one about heart disease this informative presentation will give you the tools to take appropriate action.
Michael
As usual, an absolute wealth of beautifully presented information!
I particularly liked your explanation of the workings of the endothelium. I had read briefly (I think in one of your articles) about the damage that oil does to the endothelial cells, but it was great to have more detail, and particularly to learn about the role of nitric oxide.
Fantastic to have so many references. Thank you for being diligent with that. My husband, by the way, listens in to bits and pieces and is very impressed with the volume of information and the quality of the presentations you give.
Anita
Hi Robyn,
I only just found time to listen to the webinar. It was excellent, thank you. Now to try and get my mother to listen....
