Coriander, bok choy, berries, cherries, cacao, pomegranate juice and seeds all contain substances that inhibit the growth of cancer. Deliver a knockout blow to cancer while tantalising your taste buds!

Ingredients:

1 medium banana
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries
4 pitted dates or 2 medjool dates, pitted
1 tbsp hulled hemp seed or ground flaxseed/linseed
1 tbsp cacao (raw chocolate) powder, or non-alkalised cocoa
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup non dairy milk
1 cup firmly packed baby spinach
1 cup firmly packed bok choy
1/4 cup chopped coriander, including stems (optional – omit if you’re not a coriander fan!)

 

Method:

Blend all ingredients at high speed until creamy and smooth.
