This delicious dip can be whipped up in minutes, and is perfect for dessert on a hot summer night.

  • Mangoes are an excellent source of vitamin C and carotenoids.
  • Tahini is high in calcium and sesame polyphenols, a powerful antioxidant
  • Ginger also contains powerful antioxidants.

 

Ingredients:

1 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
1 mango
1 tbsp tahini
fruit to dip e.g. strawberries, apple slices

 

Method:

Mince the ginger and place in food processor bowl. Add mango flesh and tahini and process on high speed for 15 seconds or until thoroughly blended.

Serve with fresh fruit pieces for dipping.
